Terms

The rules for this site, in plain language.

The short version

These terms cover this website only. If you hire us, the agreement we both sign governs the work — not this page — and if the two ever disagree, the signed agreement wins.

01 Who you're dealing with

This site is operated by Digi Business Builder LLC, a limited liability company registered in Florida, United States. Where these terms say "we" or "us", that's who they mean. Where they say "you", they mean whoever is using the site.

02 What these terms cover

This website, and nothing else. They govern browsing these pages and sending us a message through them.

They do not govern work we do for you. If you hire us, that is covered by a separate written service agreement that we both sign, which sets out what is being delivered, what it costs and what each of us is responsible for.

The important one

If anything on this page ever contradicts the agreement you signed, the signed agreement wins. You should never discover that a web page you never read has changed the deal you actually made.

03 Using this site

Use it normally and there's nothing here to trip over. What we ask you not to do:

  • Try to break, overload or get unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it.
  • Scrape it wholesale or copy it to build a competing site.
  • Submit somebody else's personal information through our forms without their say-so.
  • Use the forms to send spam, threats, or anything unlawful.

That's the whole list. We're not going to pretend that reading a page creates elaborate obligations for you.

04 Prices, and what isn't one

The prices on our services page are real. They're the same for everybody, and they're what your estimate and your invoice are built from — no requesting a number, no haggling. That's the whole point of publishing them. Most of this industry makes you ask, and we'd rather you just saw it.

What isn't a price: anything that depends on your situation before it can be worked out. Bigger or unusual jobs get quoted properly, in writing, with your name on it. Where a page says "quoted", that's what it means.

We also can't guarantee outcomes, and you should be wary of anyone in this industry who does. Results depend on your market, your competition, your budget, and how much of the plan actually gets carried out.

05 Ordering, and when money moves

Submitting a list through the services page costs nothing and commits you to nothing. No card is asked for and nothing is charged. We email you an estimate at the published prices and you book a consultation — usually within the week. On that call we settle every figure together, the work is set out in a Service Agreement that we both sign, and the invoice comes after you've signed. Anything billed monthly starts that same day.

Digi Business Builder reserves the right to refuse a project.Nothing is billed before the Service Agreement is signed — if either side walks away before then, you owe nothing. After signing, work has begun, and Digi Business Builder reserves the right to cancel projects per the terms of the Service Agreement.

In plain terms: a submitted list doesn't trap either of us. If we get on that call and it turns out we're not the right people for what you need — or you change your mind — you walk away owing nothing, and we'll tell you straight. Once the agreement is signed there is real work happening, and cancellations after that are governed by that agreement rather than this page.

Monthly plans are month to month. You can stop them whenever you like and you keep everything already built. Items sold on what they catch have a free first month by design, because there has to be a before-number to measure against.

06 The free consultation

The consultation is genuinely free and comes with no obligation. You keep the list of what we found whether or not you hire us, and you're welcome to hand it to somebody else to carry out. There's no hidden charge and no automatic enrolment in anything.

What it is: an honest look at what your business currently has online and where it's losing people, talked through with you on a call. What it isn't: a guarantee that acting on it produces a particular number.

07 Our content, and yours

The design, code, artwork, illustrations, logo and written content on this site belong to Digi Business Builder LLC. You're welcome to link to any of it, quote a bit of it with credit, or show it to someone. Please don't republish it as your own or use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse something we don't.

Reviews shown on this site were written by the people whose names are on them and are quoted as they wrote them. Anything you send us stays yours — sending it doesn't hand us ownership of it.

09 Availability

We aim to keep this site up and correct, but we don't promise it will always be available or completely free of errors. We may change, add or remove pages at any time, including this one.

10 Where our responsibility ends

This site is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for losses arising from using it — for example, from acting on general information here without getting advice specific to your business, or from the site being temporarily unavailable.

Nothing here limits any liability that legally can't be limited. And this section is about the website: our responsibilities for work we're paid to do are set out in the agreement we sign with you, and this doesn't shrink them.

11 Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. If a dispute about this website can't be worked out directly, it belongs in the state or federal courts serving Highlands County, Florida.

For the record, we'd rather you just emailed us. Almost everything is fixable that way and always has been.

12 Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, the date at the top changes. Continuing to use the site after that means the updated version applies — but changes here never alter an agreement you have already signed.
